We are pleased to annouce the signing of a design build contract for a new home off Harwich Road, Newton, Mass. Our clients came to us with specific design needs and a site that could only fit a certain footprint of a home. Along with our local engineer, staff architect Bart Obrien AIA and the Whitman Homes team were able to design a beautiful 3,600 sq. ft. home based upon the clients requirements and budget and blend it into this scenic treed homesite. Construction will begin in the spring.
