Building HistorySince 1993, Whitman Homes has designed and built OVER 400 homes. Our products have ranged from townhomes to detached condos to capes, ranches, and colonials to 10,000 sq. ft custom homes…………. and everything in between. In 1996 we began developing our own subdivisions in addition to the homes we built on other developers’ lots. The “Neighborhood Map” below shows many of the locations we’ve built in or developed ourselves. Currently, we are building homes at The Pinehills, Shining Rock, The Hummock, the Bay Club and now our newest community Parkview Place/ Parkview Village @ Southfield Highlands in South Weymouth. We are also building or have recently completed homes in other distinct locations such as Weston, Newton, Cohasset, and Hingham, where clients preferred our Design/ Build services of Whitman Homes. Our history is important to us, and looking back we have certainly evolved as a company and a leader in our region. We do not take our reputation for granted; in fact, our reputation is everything.
